1. If you haven’t already, you will first want to create an AddThis account. If you have already created an AddThis account, log in to your dashboard here.
2. Navigate to the Tools tab and activate and customize the tool(s) that you would like to use on your website.
3. From the Get the Code page, grab your unique code snippet under the HTML Website tab.
4. Paste the code snippet that you copied earlier from your AddThis dashboard into above the closing</body> of the HTML in your website on every page you want AddThis to work.
5. Click Save Template.

Run是英文中用法最多的一個詞.
單獨使用或者搭配副詞都能變出百般花樣。
學會run的7種用法，什麼場合都能用上！

01.

Run a race

我們先回到 run 最初的意思，跑步！

• Run for fun：跑著玩；城市樂跑
• Run a race：賽跑
• Run a marathon：跑馬拉松

當然，也可以引申為：

• Run a mile：跑得遠遠的

Go for a coffee run

當然 run 也可以作為名詞使用：

• Going out for a run：出去跑個步

還有一些更抽象的搭配法，表示在公司、家附近做一些不花時間的小事：

• Go for a coffee run：喝杯咖啡
• Go for a beer run：來輪啤酒

Run the show

Run 還可以引申為舉行各種事件或者經營各種組織：

• Run a business：做生意
• Run a competition：舉辦比賽
• Run a company：經營公司
• Run a household：操持家庭

你還可以這麼形容組織的主導者：

• Run the show：主導；操控

當然，你不但可以運營組織，還可以“運營”數位。

• Run the numbers：做計算

這個“跑數字”和互聯網公司常說的“跑資料”（run the data）有區別，更傾向於“做計算”（do the calculations），尤其是經濟上的計算。

接下來學一些 run 和介詞組成的片語吧！

• Run around：東奔西跑；四處奔忙

這兩個詞還可以組成一個名詞：

• Give (someone) the run around：說話拐彎抹角

Run away

無論是在身體真的離開某地，還是在心理上逃避問題，都可以用：

• Run away：離開；逃離；私奔；逃避

這兩個詞可以組成名詞以及形容詞使用。

作為名詞時：

當 run 和 into 組到一起，它卻不那麼簡單地表示“跑進”，而是：

• Run into：撞上；遇到（問題）；陷入（困境）；偶遇

當 run into 和“地面”扯上關係時，可以表示兩個意思：

• Run something into the ground：對某事追根究底；將某物徹底摧毀
• They've run the abortion issue into the ground. 他們持續追問關於墮胎的問題。
• He ran the company into the ground. 他把公司搞垮了。

還有一個詞跟“撞”有關：

Run low / run out

生活中的消耗品總是越用越少

• Run low：快用完了；缺少
• We are running low on fuel. 我們燃料不夠用了。
• Supplies are running low. 供給快用完了。

有的東西勤於補充就可以，但有的東西只能看著流失，比如時間：

• Run out：用完了
• We ran out of time. 我們把時間用光了。
• Time ran out. 沒時間了。

Run down / run up

Run 和 down 組合，意義一般比較消極：

• Run down： 斥責；削減；（車輛） 把…撞傷；（機器設備） 逐漸損耗

它也可以轉化為形容詞使用：

• Run-down：破敗的；受損耗的
• A run-down building：破敗的建築

但 run 和 up 組合，也可能會有消極的意義：

• Run up：積欠（賬款、債務等）；增長；猛升
• Run up bills / debts：因消費過度而欠債
